xsite pro is a poc and what makes it even worse is their so called customer service.

I've had issues with both the software as well as the very worthless high strung BS_ing customer service people.

I asked for a refund within a few days of purchase and have had to do hand to hand combat with their people. The one pathetic rep wanted to tell me her history as a cs rep and that she ran her own business.

What does that have to do with issuing me my due refund???

These people think that it's their money...can't make a decision in the first place...and cop a 'tude' when asked to simply follow their own policies...Total BS!

I guess you meant Paul (Smithson). He is the creator of XsitePro and not Potash.

I went googling to see what folks had to say about XSitePro before I tried it since I had problems with one of Potash's previous softwares that wasn't resolved. The update he sold was available within a week after bought mine and he refused to shoot me an updated copy. Offered a very small discount off the raised price of the "update". The links in that software were VERY outdated and useless. After reading this, it sounds like the stale software with bugs process he uses still exists. I see many tesimonials, but I am wondering if the common pratice of giving away expensive software to get those wasn't used. I think I'll hold off for a while.
